Citi Hong Kong is looking for students to work as a key task force member in participating in digital projects to offer best-in-class products and services at mobile banking, online banking and involve in latest Fintech development.

Job Duties

  • Support project lead in preparing project documentation for user requirement, testing plan, risk assessment and internal communication
  • Participate in the user requirement discussion of designing user interface and customer journey to deliver remarkable client experience
  • Exposure with regional office for project preparation and implementation
  • Exposure in country and work with a wide range of stakeholders including marketing, operations and technology and compliance to construct and deliver quality digital service solution
  • Key projects include product and service enhancement at digital platforms (online and mobile banking), and new initiatives of emerging digital technology


  1. Education Background:
    • PG, 2nd or 3rd year UG students
  2. Disciplines Preferred:
    • Engineering, Computer Science, e-Commerce, Internet Computing, Information Technology and related disciplines
  3. Language Proficiency
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Good command of written Chinese and spoken Cantonese
  4. Others
    • Digital savvy with keen interests in mobile and web technologies and trends
    • Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
    • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work in a matrix environment
    • Open-minded and self-motivated with problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
    • Ability to work under pressure and must be a proficient multitasker
